Refund policy

North45.ca will refund returned items within 30 days from date of purchase. In order to receive credit or a refund for any items, the item must be in unused condition with all original tags and accessories. If you would like a replacement product or different size, please specify. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number only. All returns are subject to inspection.

North45.ca warranties our product to be free of material and manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of purchase. Any item returned for warranty must not show signs of abuse, neglect, or misuse.

2- If you purchased your North45 product from a local retailer, please return your product directly to them according to the store policy

More Details

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packing slip or invoice. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping. Include any tags and accessories that came with the product to avoid any additional fees. The Spare Goggle Attachment kits are excluded from this return policy.

Please allow 5-7 business days for our warehouse to inspect your return and process your refund or exchange.
