Our orders are shipped using Canada Post. You will receive a tracking number once your item has been shipped. Please use the information below as a guide to understand when to expect your delivery, but bear in mind that shipping dates are an estimate only, and cannot be guaranteed.
We offer free standard shipping to Canada and the United States for all orders over $100CAD.
How long will it take my order to ship?
We are a small team working hard to fulfil your orders. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process & pack your order before your item gets shipped out. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm MST.
Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation which includes your tracking number.
Please note: we rely on Canada Post and their affiliated services within other countries and cannot always guarantee that shipments will be delivered on time.

Where do you ship?
We ship across Canada, the United States and to all international locations serviced by Canada Post.
How much is shipping?
We offer free standard shipping to Canada and the United States for all orders over $100CAD.
- Standard shipping to Alberta, British Columbia & Saskatchewan: $10CAD
- Standard shipping to all other Canadian provinces: $12.50CAD
- Express & international shipping costs are calculated at checkout
Will I be charged customs duties & taxes?
If you live outside Canada, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes & import fees for your order.
Will there be additional sales taxes on my order?
Sales taxes are calculated & applied automatically to your order at checkout. Taxes are calculated based on the province/territory where the items are being shipped.
Customers outside of Canada will not be charged a sales tax, but do bear responsibility for any customs duties, taxes & import fees from your local customs agency. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees.
Unclaimed packages
We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of an incorrectly entered address. In the event you refuse a shipment from North45, you are responsible for the original shipping costs as well as any customs, taxes & import fees.
Shipping on returns & exchanges
We understand that shopping online and finding the right item for you can be challenging. Currently, we are not able to offer free shipping on returns & exchanges. Shipping on returns & exchanges will be calculated according to your post office or courier of choice.
